About Us

The Rethink IT team combines a raft of media, IT, web development and marketing experience. The team reflects Rethink IT’s aim of providing a range of smart business solutions, which combine established and emerging IT and web technologies.

Nick Fox heads Optimum IT Systems, which is Rethink IT’s information technology services arm. Nick brings experience which spans IT user support, database and application design, system migration, virtualised infrastructure, high availability critical server solutions and centralised computing.

Ashley Dawson heads Optimum Web Services, Rethink IT’s web services arm and leads the programming and web development team. Ashley has in-depth experience in Content Management Systems and Customer Relationship Management systems. Ash’s design is at the heart of the high visibility Stepping Stone Website system.

Ian Gill is Rethink IT’s Marketing and Commercial Director. Ian brings experience in marketing communications within businesses in both the private and public sectors, including digital verification, micro-electronics and Internet technology.

Esmond Hastings is a non-executive advisor. Formerly Media Director of international advertising agencies based in London, Esmond ran a successful media and marketing company for twenty years in the Capital (sold in 2007), and has a wealth of commercial and marketing experience.
